How does online tuition work and what are the benefits?

We offer online tuition using an interactive whiteboard combined with Skype/Zoom audio/video calls. Online tutoring has the benefit of saving both travelling cost and time and also it allows you to be tutored in a suitable and safe environment, particularly during these unprecedented times.

Are the tutors DBS checked?

Yes the tutors are DBS checked and they are updated annually.

Can you guarantee me passing my exam or getting a higher grade?

No, however we do our best to get you where you want to be. Please bear in mind that you are the one who takes the exam.

Can I have a trial session?

We have the policy that states if you are not happy with your first lesson you do not have to pay.

What if I am not happy with my tutor?

Please let us know if you are not happy with your tutor and we will do our best to address the issue.

Can I have a face to face lesson?

If you still prefer to have a face to face session after having tried the online tuition please let us know and we will endevour to find the best way possible for you to have face to face lessons.
